Only want one process looked at?
Buy a single diagnosis, no subscription and nothing recurring. It costs more than a month of the plan on purpose: if you have a second process to work through, the subscription is the cheaper route.
One complete diagnosis, every deliverable and the combined PDF pack. Never expires.
Sign in to buy, $1495 new diagnoses a month, unlimited edits and rebuilds, training library. Cancel anytime, restart anytime.
Why is this a subscription?
Fixing one constraint moves it somewhere else. The subscription pays for the improvement cycle, not a single report.
Maps, timings, evidence, findings and plans stay editable, regenerate for free, and colleagues can add answers and ideas all month.
The mindset training library and the practitioner knowledge base come with the plan, so your team learns the method as you use it.
Cancel anytime and restart anytime. Everything you have already created stays readable and downloadable for 12 months, so stopping for three months and coming back costs you nothing but the months you skip.
Need more than 5 diagnoses in a month?
Buy a top-up pack from inside your account. Packs never expire while your subscription is active, and edits, rebuilds and report regeneration are always free.
Pricing questions
Why is this a subscription rather than a one-off?
Because improvement is a cycle, not an event. Fixing one bottleneck exposes the next, your process keeps changing, and the workspace stays live so you can edit, rebuild and re-evidence whenever something moves. If you genuinely only want one process looked at, buy a single diagnosis for $149 instead, no subscription.
Can I pay for one month and then stop?
Yes. Subscribe, work through as many processes as you need that month, then cancel from your account page. Come back in three months and resubscribe, your work is still there.
Can I pay per diagnosis instead of monthly?
Yes, $149 for one complete diagnosis with all the deliverables and the PDF pack. It never expires. It costs more than a month of the plan on purpose, a second process is cheaper on the subscription.
What happens to my reports if I cancel?
Everything you have already created stays readable and downloadable for 12 months, including the full PDF packs. What stops is starting a new diagnosis and running AI on existing processes. After 12 months processes are archived, and support will restore them on request.
What does the $99 a month actually include?
Everything in the product: 5 brand-new diagnoses each month, all seven deliverables for each one, unlimited edits and rebuilds, the combined PDF pack, and the training library. There are no per-seat fees and no setup fee.
What counts as a diagnosis?
One brand-new process taken through the walkthrough and turned into a full set of deliverables. Editing, rebuilding, regenerating reports and adding evidence to a process you have already started never costs a credit.
What happens when I run out?
You can buy a top-up pack at any time: 1 for $29, 3 for $69, 10 for $199. Top-ups don't expire while your subscription is active.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, no credit card required. The trial includes 5 full diagnoses so you can see the real outputs on your own process before paying anything.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your reports stay downloadable.
Why is it so much more affordable than a consultant?
Because the expensive part of consulting is the consultant's time on site. Unbottleneck.io codifies the same question sequence, decision rules and scoring rubric a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt would use, and runs it as software. You do the answering; the method does the diagnosis.
